ABOUT THE BOOK

The Creeper's Stalking Burnt Pond

Y.A. Comedy Thriller
He wears a long brown robe all the time except in nightmare mode. He wears a black robe then. Who is the Creeper? What does he do in that big four-story house on the hill? Is he a mad scientist?
Billy thinks he's a warlock. Joey is still trying to decide. Ralph claims he saw him digging a grave at two in the morning. Eric told them that the Creeper has a homemade electric chair in the basement.
When a kid or animal disappears, everyone blames the Creeper. Mikey has disappeared. Audrey suspects the Creeper has snatched him. Mr. Reynolds' basset hound Rattler is missing.
Billy, Joey, and Ralph decide to go to the Creeper's house and take the tour. They have been dared. Will they survive? Will the Creeper catch them in his basement?
Who is the man with the pink-and-green hair that keeps following them around? Is he up to something malicious?
Joey's younger sister Ashley is almost hit by hit-and-run driver car. Joey's brother Kelvin has disappeared. Has the Creeper snatched him for an experiment?
Who is the man wearing all black clothes? Is he an undertaker? His eyes all but glow in the dark. Maybe he's from another world.
The man wearing all white clothes is the exact opposite of him. Most people think he's a mob leader and belongs to the mafia.
Jamal is being chased by a wolf. He is trying to run to safety. Will he survive or will the wolf eat him? His Uncle Lester comes unhinged when he finds out Jamal has snuck out of the house.
Delilah and the Benson children are being held hostage by an escaped convict. Someone is hiding in the pantry. Billy, Joey, and Ralph are receiving scary and threatening phone calls late at night.
Many people thinks he's just a harmless old man and the ones pointing the accusing finger should worry about their own business.
